Abstract

The paper presents the findings of the author’s 1992 fieldwork concerning the Seven Saints of Marrakesh (Morocco), especially three of them who, in addition to healing all possible diseases, are also considered specialists. They are Sidi Yusuf ben ʿAli (d. 1196/7), Sidi ʿAbdlʿaziz (d. 1508), and Mul le-Qṣur (d. 1528).
